PAIR delete on my coworker's 2022 KLR650 Adventure

Helped my coworker pull his PAIR system during this weekend's wrench session. We're curious if this messes with air/fuel ratios enough to cause issues over time. Has anyone noticed valve wear after removing it?

No, removing the PAIR system usually doesnt affect the air/fuel ratio since it only injects fresh air into the exhaust for emissions, not into the combustion chamber. Most don't report valve wear issues, but it's good to retune or check AFRs just to be safe, especially if you're running other mods.

Yeah man, that lines up with what we were thinking. He's running a slip on and did the snorkel delete too, so we might check AFRs just to be sure.
