I'm fixing my tool kit and getting rid of the useless ones, replenishing with ones better suited for my Kawasaki KLR 650. I got the 2022 model and was thinking, are there any data sheet available online or one you might have in your possession about the fasteners for this model? So I know what to stock up on.

I'm sure there are fastener torque specs sheets available online. Go over to the KLR650 website. And the manual has it too. Do you not have a physical service manual that comes with your bike? If not, just be patient in finding it. It's gonna be your buddy for a long time.

You're smart to customize your kit, and yeah just like what the poster before me said, check the official service manual for fastener specs.

Great idea on streamlining your gear for the KLR! I'm with everyone else on this, the factory service manual is the way to go for all the fastener sizes and torque specifications. If you haven't got one yet, it's definitley worth hunting down. Yeah, have you also looked into the online KLR forums or owner groups? There are plenty of people sharing useful reference charts there
